A136 Highlight Tower construction progress for October:

• Bricklaying of walls and partitions from the -2nd to the 33rd floor has been completed - 95%, and the masonry of utility network niches from the 26th to the 33rd floor is also being done;
• The brickwork of the roof was completed at the marks 110.300 and 113.200 in the volume: 235 m3 - 100%;
• Plumbing connections of apartments from the 7th to the 32nd floor have been laid out - 90%, work is being done on the 6th and 33rd floors;
• Screeding of floors 8-28 has been completed - 100%, screeding is currently being done on floors 29-30;
• The plastering of the walls of the MZK from the 7th to the 17th floors has been completed - 100%, and the plastering of the walls on the 19th, 21st, and 22nd floors is currently underway;
• Plumbing works from -2 to 34 floors have been completed - 80%, K1 installation works are currently being carried out on floors 30-33;
• Electrical installation works from -2 to 24 floors have been completed - 90%, work is currently being carried out on floors 24-27;

• 95% of stained glass systems of SPOK (input group) in axes 13-17 /В-Ж with odm: 0.000 to 14.630 have been completed;
• Mounted window structures from the 1st to the 31st floor in axes: 1-22/А-М -95%;
• Double-glazed units of window structures from the 1st to the 31st floor have been installed in axes: 1-22/А-М -95%;
• SPOK stained glass systems were installed from the 1st to the 31st floor, in axes: 1-22/А-М -97%;
• Double-glazed units of stained-glass systems were installed from the 1st to the 31st floor, in the axes: 1-22/А-М -97%;

• Preparatory work on lighting the facade of the building (installation of external lighting electrical networks) has been completed - 90%;
