We share the latest news from the construction site for January:

• Brickwork from -2 to 24th floor has been completed - 95%.
• Brickwork from the 24th to the 34th floor has been completed - 70%.
• Bricklaying of the roof has been completed - 95%.
• Plumbing works from -2nd to 34th floor have been completed - 70%.
• The horizontal heating system on the 8th and 9th floors has been completed - 95%.
• 75% of the window structures from the 15th to the 34th floor have been installed.
• 69% of double-glazed units of window structures from the 15th to the 34th floor have been installed.
• 70% of SPOK stained glass systems from the 15th to the 34th floor have been installed.
• 57% of double-glazed windows of stained glass systems from the 15th to the 34th floor have been installed.
• Work on 67% of external networks (sewage) was completed.
• The installation of the hinged ventilated facade from the 5th to the 34th floor has been completed - 40%.
• Preparatory work on lighting the facade of the building has been completed - 35%.
• The roof of the house is installed - 75%.
