The following works were carried out on the construction site of A136 Highlight Tower in April:

• Plumbing wiring in apartments from 6 to 33 floors – 100% completed;
• Plastering of walls from 6 to 31 floors – 100% completed, currently working on plastering walls on the 32nd and 33rd floors;
• Interior decoration of walls and floors (installation of drywall and tiling) on floors 6-31 – 80% completed;
• Finishing works with decorative plaster (marble) on the 10th and 11th floors;
• Installation of suspended ceilings (cub-rails) on the 10th and 11th floors;
• Continuation of work on pump water supply equipment;
• Electrical installation works from 1 to 33 floors – 98% completed, currently working in the parking lot (-1 and -2 floors);
• Valve installation works for smoke exhaust from floors 8 to 22, continued on floors 23 to 30;
• Cladding of the facade of the 1st and 2nd stylobate (insulation, mounting system for 'Travertine' decorative stone) – 93% completed, finishing work on the second stylobate;
• Continuation of work on the installation of ventilated facade with ceramic tiles in the elevator zone and floors 1-5 from the inner courtyard;
• Lighting works on the facade of the stylobate and high-rise part of the building (installation of light fixtures) from 1 to 33 floors in axes 1-22 / A-P – 92% completed;
• Continuation of work on the installation of freight elevators in the residential area;
• Installation of passenger elevators – 10% completed, continued work on the installation of passenger elevators in the residential area;
• Installation of entrance doors in apartments from 6 to 30 floors, work continues on floors 7, 16 and 31-33;
• Installation of technical room doors and fire doors on stairwell vestibules from 6 to 22 floors, currently working on floors 23 and 31;
• Installation of access hatches for engineering networks from 6 to 17 floors, work in progress on floors 18-30;
• Hydro insulation of the parking lot and preparatory work for landscaping from the inner courtyard;
