• Continuation of finishing works, decoration of walls with decorative plaster (marble) on floors 8, 17, 27, 31-33.
• Installation of suspended ceilings (cubicle) from floors 6 to 33 – 80% completed.
• Installation of ceramic tiles on stair landings – 50% completed.
• Continuation of works on the roof: installation of fans and galvanized ducts for smoke extraction system.
• Installation of ventilated facade at the entrance to the parking – 95% completed.
• Installation of residential passenger elevators – door installation and commissioning works.
• Waterproofing works in the parking area – 90% completed.
• Gravel preparation for landscaping – 80% completed.
• Installation of 'wet' facade on the roof – 90% completed.
• Installation of granite paving for the central entrance group – 50% completed.
• Continuation of decoration works in the lobby of the residential part (1st floor).
• Decoration of parking walls (laying ceramic tile floors).
• Painting of walls on stair landings from 1st to 33rd floor.
