• Work continues on finishing the decorative plaster (marble) on the walls of the MEP on the 5th and 33rd floors.
• Installation of suspended ceilings (cube-rail) from 6 to 33 floors - 90%.
• Installation of ceramic tiles on stair landings - 55%, and in the MEP parking lot - 80%.
• Decoration of the lobby (wall plastering, wall and floor decoration with ceramic tiles) - 92%, work on wall decoration with veneer continues.
• Parking floor installation - 90%.
• Work continues on installing fans and galvanized smoke exhaust boxes on the roof.
• Low-current systems installation from 1 to 33 floors - 97%.
• Finishing work on cladding with natural stone (Travertine) of the 2nd stylobate.
• Installation of ventilated facade at the entrance to the parking lot - 95%.
• Equipment installation work in the technical room.
• Installation of passenger elevators (commissioning work) - 96%.
• Installation of ventilation shaft grilles on the roof - 90%.
• Parking waterproofing - 100%.
• Installation of gravel preparation for landscaping - 90%.
• Installation of monolithic structures of stairs and vestibules of the central entrance group.
• Installation of granite paving at the central entrance - 90%.
• Continued installation of automatic watering system and external lighting.
• Continued wall, ceiling, and floor decoration of staircases.
• Installation of wheel stoppers and marking in the parking lot.
