Construction progress of A136 Highlight Tower for September 2025:

• Plastering works of brick walls of technical premises and MMC -2 and -1 floors completed – 100%.
• Works continue on finishing coating, decoration of walls of MMC with decorative plaster (marble) on floors 8, 17, 26-27, 31-33.
• Works on installation of hanging ceilings (cub-rail) from 6th to 33rd floor – 60%.
• Installation of ceramic tiles on stair landings – 30%.
• Electrical installation works from 1st to 33rd floor and in parking (installation of fixtures) – 100%.
• Smoke removal system in parking (zones 1-22/A-M, -2 and -1 floors) – 90%. Currently, work is being done on the roof to install ventilation fans and galvanized smoke removal boxes.
• Installation of low-voltage systems from 1st to 33rd floor – 95%.
• Installation of ventilated facade at parking entrance – 92%.
• Installation of residential passenger elevators – 60%.
• Continuation of installation of entrance doors on the 33rd floor.
• Works on waterproofing of the parking lot – 73%.
• Installation of sand preparation for landscaping – 92%.
• Works on gravel preparation for landscaping – 75%.
• Wet facade installation of the roof – 80%.
• Installation of granite paving for the central entrance group – 30%.
• Works on decoration of walls, ceilings and floors of stair landings.
