At the A136 Highlight Tower construction site, the following works have been completed:

• Brickwork for walls and partitions from -2 to the 33rd floor – 99%. The remaining work includes constructing walls in the hoist passage areas from the 6th to the 33rd floor.
• Floor screed completed on the 6th-30th floors – 100%. Currently, screeding is in progress on the 31st and 32nd floors, with preparations for screeding on the 33rd floor.
• Wall plastering is ongoing on the 32nd-33rd floors.
• Wall and floor finishing in common areas (gypsum board installation and ceramic tile cladding) on the 6th-25th floors – 70%.
• Installation of plumbing systems and WSS (water supply and sewage) systems from -2 to the 34th floor – 98%.
• Installation of WSS pumping station equipment has been completed.
• Electrical installation from the 1st to the 33rd floor – 99%.
• Ventilation system (galvanized air ducts) installed in axes 1-22/A-M from -2 to -1 floor – 99%.
• Automatic fire suppression system (sprinkler system) installed in axes 7-16/E-I from -2 to the 33rd floor – 98%.
• Plastering of brick walls in technical rooms and common areas on -2 and -1 floors – 47%.
• Installation of the ventilated facade for the entrance group (1st-5th floors) – 90%.
• Window structures installed from the 1st to the 31st floor in axes 1-22/A-M – 97%.
• Window glass units installed from the 1st to the 31st floor in axes 1-22/A-M – 97%.
• Glass units for curtain wall systems installed from the 1st to the 33rd floor in axes 1-22/A-M – 98%.
• Facade cladding of the stylobate (insulation, installation of a substructure, and decorative "Travertine" stone) – 90%.
• Ventilated facade installed from the 5th to the 33rd floor in axes 1-22/A-M – 98%.
• Ongoing work on the ventilated ceramic tile facade in the hoist zone and the 1st-5th floors of the inner courtyard.
• Facade lighting installation for the stylobate and high-rise part of the building (electric fixtures) from the 1st to the 33rd floor in axes 1-22/A-P – 80%.
• Freight elevator installation – 80%.
• Installation of low-voltage systems from the 1st to the 33rd floor – 96%.
• Installation of an evacuation platform on the rooftop at elevation 113.200.
