The following work has been completed at the A136 Highlight Tower construction site:

• Brickwork of the roof at elevations 110.300 and 113.200 has been completed: 235 m³ – 100%;
• Installation of plumbing communications in apartments on floors 6-33 – 100%;
• Floor screeding completed on floors 7-30 – 100%, currently in progress on floors 31, 32, 6, with preparations underway for screeding on floor 33;
• Wall plastering in common areas (MZK) on floors 6-31 – 100%, currently in progress on floors 32-33;
• Interior finishing work in common areas (MZK) (installation of drywall and wall and floor tiling) on floors 6-25 – 60%;
• Installation of fire protection water supply networks (VPV) on floors -1 and -2 is underway;
• Electrical installation works in the parking area (-1 and -2 floors) are in progress;
• The smoke extraction system in axes 1-22/A-M in the parking area on floors -2 and -1 is 55% complete;
• The ventilation system (galvanized air ducts) in axes 1-22/A-M on floors -2 and -1 is 95% complete. Currently, work is underway on the installation of the parking ventilation chambers and connecting ducts to fans;
• Work is in progress in the lobby and pump room (installation of pumps);
• Installation of the SPOK substructure and adjoining elements on floors 32-33 is ongoing;
• Installation of the ventilated façade from floors 5 to 33 in axes 1-22 /A-M is 97% complete. Work is now being carried out on the installation of a ventilated façade with ceramic tiles from floors 1-5 in the inner courtyard;
• Façade lighting of the stylobate and high-rise section of the building (installation of electrical lighting fixtures) on floors 1-5 and 6-33 in axes 1-22 /A-P is 70% complete;
• Freight elevator installation – 40%, work continues on the installation of freight elevators in the residential section;
• Installation of entrance doors in apartments on floors 8 to 15 has been completed.
