The following works were carried out at the construction site of A136 Highlight Tower in March:

• Brickwork for walls and partitions from floors -2 to 33 completed – 100%;
• Floor screed from floors 6-31 completed – 100%, currently in progress for floors 32-33 and preparation for floor 33;
• Plastering works ongoing for walls on floors 32-33;
• Wall and floor finishing works in common areas (gypsum board installation and ceramic tiling) from floors 6-27 completed – 90%;
• Finishing work in the lobby area of the residential part completed (cement screed, ceramic tiles, gypsum board walls, and wall putty), currently working on wall finishing with travertine cladding;
• Continuing work on the installation of utilities on floors -1, -2 and on the water supply pump;
• Lighting works in common areas ongoing, currently working in the parking area (-1 and -2 floors);
• Smoke extraction system installed in axes 1-22/A-M in the parking area on -2 and -1 floors – 50%;
• Smoke extraction valves installed in common areas on floors 8-12, work ongoing from 13 to 18 floors;
• Ventilation system completed (galvanized ductwork) in axes 1-22/A-M on -1 floor – 99%; Automatic fire extinguishing system installed in axes: 7-16/E- I from -2 to 33 floors – 100%;
• Plastering works for brick walls in technical areas and common areas on -2 and -1 floors completed – 60%;
• Installation of ventilated facade in the entrance area from floors 1-5 completed – 98%;
• Installation of window structures from floors 1 to 31 in axes: 1-22/A-M – 100%;
• Installation of window glazing from floors 1 to 31 in axes: 1-22/A-M – 100%;
• Installation of curtain wall systems from floors 1 to 33 in axes: 1-22/A-M – 100%;
• Installation of glazing for curtain wall systems from floors 1 to 33 in axes: 1-22/A-M – 98%. Currently working on glazing for floors 32-33 in the elevator area;
• Facade cladding completed (insulation, installation of decorative stone 'Travertine') – 92%. Currently working on the second cladding;
• Installation of ventilated facade with ceramic tiles in the elevator area and floors 1-5 from the inner courtyard ongoing;
• Facade lighting works completed for the podium and high-rise section (installation of electric lamps) on floors 1-5 and 6-33 in axes 1-22/A-P – 90%;
• Installation of freight elevators completed – 100%;
• Continuing work on the installation of residential passenger elevators;
• Installation of low voltage systems (electrical wiring for low voltage networks) from floors 1 to 33 – 100%. Currently working in the parking area;
• Roof installation completed in axes 1-22/A-M at heights 110.300 and 113.200 – 100%;
• Installation of entrance doors in apartments from floors 8 to 18 completed. Currently working on installation of apartment doors from floors 19-31;
• Installation of fire doors for technical areas and hatchways on floors 8-14 completed. Working on floors 15-18;
• Preparatory works for landscaping (parking waterproofing, formation of a slope layer with concrete screed) from the inner courtyard of the building.
