Construction progress of A136 Highlight Tower for March 2026:

• Installation of suspended ceilings (cub-rail) from the 6th to the 33rd floor — 96%.
• Installation of ceramic tiles on stair platforms — 90%, and MZK parking — 100%.
• Works continue on wall cladding with veneer in the lobby.
• Works are being carried out for finishing floor coverings and marking application in the parking lot.
• Installation of suspended ventilated facade at the parking entrance.
• Works are ongoing for terrace fencing.
• Continuation of commissioning works for passenger elevators in the residential section.
• Installation works for setting up automatic irrigation system and external lighting.
• Continuation of equipment installation works in the transformer substation.
• Painting of parking walls.
• Continuation of monolithic structure installation works for stairs and entrance hall of the central entrance group.
• Installation of granite pavement at the central entrance.
• Continuation of installation of wheel stoppers and marking in the parking lot.
• Landscaping works in progress.
• Installation of lighting in the residential section of MZK.
