The following construction works were completed at the A136 Highlight Tower mixed-use complex construction site during June 2026:

• Installation of suspended cube-slat ceilings on floors 6–33 reached 99%; works are ongoing on the 5th floor.
• Ceramic tile installation on staircase landings has been completed (100%), as well as in the parking area's common spaces (100%).
• Finishing works for walls and floors in the parking common areas have been completed, while installation of suspended cube-slat ceilings is ongoing.
• The smoke extraction system in axes 1–22/A–M on parking levels -2 and -1 is 98% complete. Installation of rooftop smoke extraction fans and galvanized ductwork has been completed. Commissioning of the smoke extraction system is currently underway.
• Smoke extraction dampers have been installed in the common areas on floors 6–33.
• Facade cladding of the first and second podium levels (thermal insulation, substructure, and Travertine decorative stone installation) is 98% complete on the second podium.
• Installation of the facade ventilation system at the parking entrance is 95% complete.
• Connection to external water supply networks has been completed (100%).
• Connection to external sewerage networks has been completed (100%).
• Stormwater drainage channels with connection to the parking entrance have been installed.
• Installation of freight and passenger elevators for the residential and commercial sections has been completed (100%). Commissioning works are in progress.
• Waterproofing of the parking structure has been completed (100%).
• Construction of monolithic staircases and entrance steps has been completed.
• Installation of the wet facade system on the roof has been completed (100%).
• Granite paving of the main entrance, courtyard, and the area along School No. 37 is 95% complete.
• Landscaping of the central part of the complex has been completed, while works in the inner courtyard are ongoing.
• Fire-rated entrance gates and fire curtains have been installed at the parking entrance.
• Installation of the ventilated facade system at the parking entrance is in progress.
• Commissioning of the smoke extraction systems for the technical floor and roof is underway.
• Site improvement works continue, including granite paving at the parking exit.
• Installation of the automatic irrigation system and outdoor lighting in the inner courtyard is in progress.
• Landscaping of the residential courtyard continues.
• Terrace railing installation is ongoing.
• Construction of the children's playground is underway.
• Installation of outdoor lighting for the landscaped courtyard area is in progress.
• Polymer coating is being applied to the parking entrance ramp.
• Installation of small architectural elements (pergolas) in the inner courtyard is ongoing.
