A136 Highlight Tower Construction Progress – April 2026

• Installation of suspended ceilings for linear cube-profile slats on floors 6–33 has reached 98%; works are currently ongoing on the 5th floor.
• The smoke extraction system within axes 1–22/A–M in the parking garage on levels -2 and -1 has been completed to 98%. Installation of rooftop smoke extraction fans and galvanized ductwork has also been completed. Commissioning works for the smoke extraction system are currently underway.
• The automatic fire suppression system (sprinkler system) within axes 7–16/E–I from level -2 to the 33rd floor has been completed to 98%.
• Connections to external utility networks have been completed:
• Facade lighting works for both the podium and tower sections of the building (installation of lighting fixtures) on floors 1–5 and 6–33 within axes 1–22/A–P have been completed – 100%.
• Installation of freight and passenger elevators in both the residential and commercial sections of the building has been completed – 100%. Commissioning works are currently in progress.

Parking Garage:

• Fire-rated entrance gates and fire curtains have been installed at the parking garage entrance. Installation of the ventilated facade system at the parking garage entrance has been completed. Electric vehicle charging stations have been installed on level -2. Painting of parking garage walls on level -1 is in progress. Stormwater drainage channels at the parking entrance have been installed and connected. Polymer coating has been applied to the parking ramp. Commissioning works for smoke extraction systems on the technical floor and roof are underway. Landscaping and site improvement works are in progress, including granite paving in the inner courtyard and along School No. 37. Installation of the automatic irrigation system and outdoor lighting within the courtyard is underway. Final decorative wall finishing (Marmarin plaster) in common areas on the 5th floor is in progress. Lighting installation in residential common areas (wall-mounted sconces) is underway. Landscaping of the courtyard area is in progress. Terrace railing installation works are ongoing. Installation of glass terrace railings for the 1st and 2nd podium levels is underway. Construction of the children's playground is in progress. Installation of outdoor landscape lighting within the courtyard is underway. Screed works are being carried out in selected areas following apartment radiator connections. External electrical network installation along Antonovycha Street is in progress.
