• Painting walls and laying ceramic tiles on staircases of residential part from 1st to 33rd floor.
• Facing with natural stone (Travertine) of the 2nd stylobate.
• Installation of ventilated facade at the entrance to the parking lot.
• Installation of smoke extraction system for technical floor and roof.
• Continuation of decoration works in the lobby of the residential part (1st floor).
• Commissioning works for passenger elevators in the residential part.
• Landscaping of the territory (granite paving).
• Installation works of automatic watering system and external lighting.
• Finishing works of decoration walls of the underground parking with decorative plaster (marble) on the 5th floor.
• Installation of lighting in the underground parking (connection of LED strips and linear fixtures, wall sconces).
