LUCKY LAND by DIM is actively under construction, the 3rd building is being prepared for completion of construction and obtaining a certificate of readiness. We are also building houses 4, 6 and have started building house No. 5.

Building No. 3, Section 1:

• connecting the house to the city water supply network;

Improvement of railroad No. 3:

Building No. 4, Section 1:

• work on the installation of elevator equipment is being carried out;
• work continues on the facades of the building.

Building No. 4, Section 3:

• arrangement of facades.

Building No. 5, Section 1-2:

• installation work on the arrangement of staircases is being carried out;
• the supply of ventilation units for the installation of ventilation ducts is in progress.

Building No. 5, Section 3:

• preparatory works for the execution of the monolithic slab of the parking lot are underway.

Building No. 6, Section 1:

• arrangement of parapets and technical superstructures on the roof;
• installation of ventilation units;
• laying of internal walls and partitions on the 11th, 12th, 13th floors.

Building No. 6, Section 2:

• works are being carried out on the arrangement of brickwork of internal walls and partitions on floors 8-14;
• arrangement of waterproofing covers of ventilation shafts;
• installation of smoke exhaust fans on the roof.
