We report on the work done in April:

Building No. 3, Section 1:

• arrangement of internal brick walls from the 1st to the 34th floor - 100%;

• completed works on laying heating pipelines for apartments - 100%;

• installation of fire valves per apartment - 100%;

• installation of a cement-sand screed floor - 87%;

• laying electrical networks (horizontal) for powering apartments and boilers, MZK - 90%;

• installation of electrical panels has begun - 10%;

• installation of internal water supply and sewage systems - 50%;

• installation of a splinker system - 45%;

• installation of elevator equipment - 15%.

Building No. 3, Section 2:

• arrangement of internal brick walls from the 1st to the 11th floor - 100%;

• laying of electrical networks (horizontal) for supplying apartments and boilers, MZK - 100%;

• installation of internal water supply and sewage systems - 60%;

• arrangement of LMM of the building - 55%;

• installation of elevator equipment - 15%.

Building No. 3, Section 3:

• arrangement of internal brick walls from the 1st to the 34th floor - 100%;

Railway station parking lot No. 3:

• arrangement of ventilation system B-1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8, P-1 - 85%.

Building No. 4, Section 1:

• reinforcement and concreting of vertical elements of the 14th floor building - 100%;

• reinforcement and concreting of vertical elements of the 15th floor building - 85%;

• arranging the brickwork of the 4th floor - 60%;

• installation of staircases on the 10th floor - 100%;

• installation of ventilation ducts on the 12th floor - 100%.

Landscaping:

• works on the improvement of the 1st phase and the 3rd zone have been started.
