Building No. 3, Section 1:

• arrangement of SPOK - 60%;

• installation of elevator equipment - 32%;

• sewage installation K1 dept. 4,200 - 80%.

Building No. 3, Section 2:

• arrangement of the NVF - 98%;

• arrangement of SPOK - 97%;

• arrangement of the roof - 97%;

• arrangement of LMM of the building - 79%;

• pipeline installation B1.2.

Building No. 3, Section 3:

• LMM facilities - 78%;

• laying tiles on the floor in the MZK - 75%;

• installation of elevator equipment - 30%;

• installation of metal entrance doors to the apartment - 90%.

Railway station parking lot No. 3:

• arrangement of the ventilation system B-1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8, P-1 – 91%;

• decoration of the MZK of the basement residential part - 50%;

• installation of engineering equipment in technical premises - 10%;

• installation of main lines B1.2-B2.2 – 40%.

Building No. 4, Section 1:

Arrangement of s/b structures:

• reinforcement and concreting of vertical and horizontal elements of the building on the 17th and 18th floors - 99%

• arrangement of internal and external brick walls - 25%

• installation of staircases on the 15th and 16th floors - 10%

• installation of ventilation units - 30%

Building No. 4, Section 2:

• execution of monolithic works of the parking lot, filling of the wall of the parking lot, which is connected with section 2 of the building. #4;

• execution of the monolith of the power plate to the stylobate part.

Building No. 4, Section 3:

Arrangement of s/b structures:

• installation of ventilation units - 9%;

• installation of staircases - 3%.
