Metropolis by DIM is actively being built. With each new day, we are getting closer to putting the 3rd building into operation and preparing to resume active monolithic works on the 4th building.

We thank the investors for the timely payment in installments. This makes it possible to continue building and supporting the economy of Ukraine.

We report on the completed works at the Metropolis construction site in February:

Building No. 3, Section 1:

• arrangement of internal brick walls from the 3rd to the 34th floor - 99%;

• completed work on laying heating pipelines for apartments - 97%;

• installation of fire valves per apartment - 99%;

• installation of a cement-sand screed floor – 82%;

• laying of electrical networks (horizontal) for supplying apartments and boilers, MZK - 87%;

• placement of NVF - 83%;

• arrangement of SPOK - 40%;

• arrangement of the roof - 97%;

• installation of a splinker system - 10%.

Building No. 3, Section 2:

• arrangement of internal brick walls from the 3rd to the 11th floor - 99%;

• laying of electrical networks (horizontal) for supplying apartments and boilers, MZK - 99%;

• placement of NVF - 92%;

• arrangement of SPOK - 98%;

• arrangement of the roof - 98%;

• arrangement of LMM of the building - 49%.

Building No. 3, Section 3:

• arrangement of internal brick walls from the 3rd to the 34th floor - 100%;

• installation of fire valves per apartment - 100%;

• installation of a cement-sand screed floor - 98%;

• arrangement of the NVF - 98%;

• arrangement of SPOK - 98%;

• arrangement of LMM - 49%;

• laying tiles on the floor in MZK - 47%.

Railway station parking lot No. 3:

• arrangement of the ventilation system B-1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8, P-1 – 78%.

Building No. 4, Section 1:

Arrangement of s/b structures:

• reinforcement and concreting of vertical elements of the building up to the 13th floor - 100%;

• reinforcement and concreting of vertical elements of the 14th floor building – 15%.

Building No. 4, Section 2:

• Preparatory work is being carried out for the execution of monolithic works, fittings for the installation of the vertical have been purchased.

Building No. 4, Section 3:

• preparatory work for monolithic works is being carried out: new formwork has been ordered and paid for, fittings for the installation of vertical and floor slabs have been purchased.
