We share the latest news from the construction site for April:
Building No. 3, Section 1:
- laying electrical networks (horizontal) for lighting MZK - 96%;
- arrangement of LMM of the building - 90%;
- installation of elevator equipment - 98%;
- laying low-current fire networks of MZK and apartments - 91%;
- laying low-current networks of the access control system (ACS) - 45%.
Building No. 3, Section 2:
- arrangement of LMM of the building - 97%;
- installation of elevator equipment - 98%;
- laying low-current fire networks of MZK and apartments - 96%.
Building No. 3, Section 3:
- arrangement of LMM - 98%;
- lining the walls of elevator halls with ceramic tiles - 40%;
- installation of the fire protection system of the MZK, apartments - 92%;
- installation of low-current networks of the access control system (ACS) - 60%.
Railway station parking lot No. 3:
- arrangement of the smoke removal system - 88%;
- installation of engineering equipment in technical premises - 90%;
- installation of main lines B1.2-B2.2 – 98%;
- installation of the fire water supply system - 99%;
- installation of a low-voltage fire protection system in the parking lot - 75%.
Building No. 4, Section 1:
Arrangement of s/b structures:
- reinforcement and concreting of horizontal elements of the 24th floor building - 30%;
- reinforcement and concreting of vertical elements of the building of the 24th floor apartment building - 80%;
- arrangement of internal and external brick walls - 60%;
- installation of staircases - 46%.
Building No. 4, Section 3:
Arrangement of s/b structures:
- reinforcement and concreting of vertical and horizontal elements of the building on the 15th floor - 100%;
- reinforcement and concreting of the vertical elements of the 16th floor building - 100%;
- installation of ventilation units - 39%;
- installation of staircases - 50%.
Railway station #4 parking lot, 2nd line, 2nd start:
- reinforcement and concreting of horizontal and vertical structures – 52%.
