We share the latest news from the construction site for November:

Building No. 3, Section 1:

• the installation of the entrance apartment door is completed;
• 43% of radiators have been installed;
• 67% of boilers have been installed;
• the screed of the MZK of the 1st and 2nd floors has been completed;
• connection of the VRP with permanent cables has been made;
• waterproofing of the floor of the entrance group was performed;
• the arrangement of lightning protection starts has been completed;
• insulation and reinforcement of balconies (LMM facade) is completed.

Building No. 3, Section 2:

• 72% of balcony fences were completed;
• 50% of LMM facades have been repaired;
• the installation of screeds of the MZK 1-2 floors is completed;
• the arrangement of the roof is completed.

Building No. 3, Section 3:

• 74% of balcony fences were completed;
• the screed of the MZK of the 1st and 2nd floors has been completed;
• 22% of the repair of the LMM facade has been completed.

Parking lot of railway station No. 3:

• installation of the lighting system is completed;
• insulation of pipelines is completed;
• the design solutions for drainage from the roof of the parking lot have been adjusted;
• the design solutions for arranging the roof of the parking lot have been adjusted;
• the tender for the construction of the parking lot roof has been completed.

Building No. 4, Section 1:

• arrangement of brickwork - 22nd, 23rd, 24th floor;
• installation of vent blocks and staircases - 3 floors;
• the installation of a protective canopy for safe work on the building is completed. 4.2 and parking.

Building No. 4, Section 2:

• the arrangement of the monolithic structures of the basement floor has been completed;
• 85% of the vertical monolithic structures of the 1st floor have been completed.

Building No. 4, Section 3:

• installation of vent blocks and staircases up to and including the 15th floor has been completed;
• brickwork is completed after installation of vent blocks up to and including the 6th floor.

Building No. 4, Section 5:

• installation of vent blocks and staircases up to and including the 12th floor has been completed;
• brickwork is completed after installation of vent blocks up to and including the 5th floor.

Railway station parking lot No. 4 (2nd line, 2nd start):

• the arrangement of the piles of the sheet pile row of retaining walls is completed;
• the arrangement of the vertical elements of the first takeover of the parking lot between buildings 4.1 and 4.3 has been completed;
• installation of the floor slab of the first grab has begun (formwork has been collected and reinforcement has begun).

External networks:

• 80% of the 10 kV overhead line removal was completed (8 cables out of 10);
• installation of two electric cameras of building 3 was completed;
• the design of the Hydraulic calculation section for the connection of rooftop boiler rooms to the gas supply network has been started.
