Sharing the latest updates from the construction site for December:

Building №3, Section 1:

• Installation of apartment entrance doors is completed;
• 50% of radiators have been installed;
• 69% of boilers have been installed.

Building №3, Section 2:

• 75% of balcony railings have been completed;
• 52% of LMM facades have been repaired.

Building №3, Section 3:

• 77% of balcony railings have been completed;
• 23% of LMM facade repairs have been completed.

Parking for Building №3:

• Project solutions for roof drainage have been adjusted;
• Project solutions for roof construction have been adjusted;
• Tender for roof construction has been completed;
• Landscaping concept has been approved, and working documentation is in development.

Building №4, Section 1:

• Brickwork has been completed up to the 22nd floor;
• Installation of ventilation blocks and staircases – 10 floors completed;
• A tender for filling window openings has been conducted, and a contract with the supplier has been signed;
• Tender procedures have begun to select a project organization and contractor for ventilated facades and translucent structures.

Building №4, Section 2:

• Monolithic constructions of the 2nd floor have been completed;
• 100% of the vertical monolithic structures of the 2nd floor have been completed;
• 100% of the horizontal slab of the 2nd floor has been constructed.

Building №4, Section 5:

• Installation of ventilation blocks and staircases has been completed up to the 13th floor inclusively.

Parking for Building №4 (Phase 2, Second Launch):

• The slab of the first section has been 100% completed.

External Networks:

• 81% of the 10kV cable line relocation has been completed;
• Tender procedures have begun to select a project organization for gas supply design for Building №4.
