Building No. 3, Section 1:

• arrangement of LMM of the building - 99%;
• installation of entrance apartment doors - 62%;
• laying low-current networks of the access control system (ACS) - 47%;
• insulation and cladding of the fire belt - 80%.

Building No. 3, Section 2:

• arrangement of LMM of the building - 99%;
• installation of elevator equipment - 98%;
• laying low-current fire networks of MZK and apartments - 98%.

Building No. 3, Section 3:

• lining the walls of elevator halls with ceramic tiles - 45%;
• installation of the fire protection system of the MZK, apartments - 96%;
• installation of low-current LCD networks (access control system) - 75%.

Railway station parking lot No. 3:

• arrangement of the smoke removal system - 92%;
• installation of engineering equipment in technical premises - 100%;
• installation of main lines B1.2-B2.2 – 100%;
• installation of the fire water supply system - 100%;
• installation of a low-voltage fire protection system in the parking lot - 85%.

Building No. 4, Section 1:

Arrangement of s/b structures:

• reinforcement and concreting of vertical and horizontal elements of the 25th floor building - 100%;
• reinforcement and concreting of vertical and horizontal elements of the building of the 26th floor - 20%;
• arrangement of internal and external brick walls - 62%;
• installation of staircases - 48%;
• installation of ventilation units - 55%.

Building No. 4, Section 2:

Arrangement of s/b structures:

• reinforcement and concreting of vertical elements of the basement part of the building - 25%.

Building No. 4, Section 3:

• installation of staircases - 52%;
• installation of ventilation units - 50%.

Railway station parking lot No. 4 (2nd line, 2nd start):

• reinforcement and concreting of horizontal and vertical structures - 55%.
