We are sharing the latest updates from the construction site for January:

Building No. 3, Section 1:

• Installation of entrance apartment doors completed;
• Installation of heating radiators on floors 18-20;
• 80% of boilers installed;
• Installation of freight elevators has begun;
• Preparatory work for MZK finishing is underway;
• Work is being carried out on the installation of air ducts and fire protection.

Building No. 3, Section 2:

• 85% of balcony railings completed;
• 60% of LMM facades repaired;
• Preparatory work for MZK finishing is underway;
• Installation of air conditioning baskets completed.

Building No. 3, Section 3:

• 79% of balcony railings completed;
• 35% of LMM facade repairs completed;
• Work on the installation of air ducts and fire protection is underway;
• Work on pipeline thermal insulation is in progress.

Parking of Building No. 3:

• Preparation for roofing work of the parking lot;
• Landscaping concept approved, working documentation is being developed.

Building No. 4, Section 1:

• External brickwork on the 27th floor, internal gas block walls on the 22nd floor;
• Reinforcement of vertical structures on the 31st floor completed;
• Installation of ventilation blocks and staircases – ventilation blocks installed up to the 23rd floor, staircases up to the 28th floor in one riser;
• Agreement signed with the PVC window supplier;
• Tender for the design of NVS and SPOK completed.

Building No. 4, Section 2:

• Reinforcement of the vertical structure completed, and formwork for the horizontal slab on the 4th floor is being installed.

Building No. 4, Section 3:

• Brickwork completed up to the 7th floor after the installation of ventilation blocks;
• Preparatory work is being carried out to extend the tower crane for monolithic horizontal structure works and the fire belt on the 16th floor.

Building No. 4, Section 5:

• Monolithic works on the 15th floor completed;
• Preparatory work for the reconstruction of crane fixing metal structures and extension of the tower crane is underway to continue monolithic works;
• Brickwork completed up to the 5th floor.

Parking of Building No. 4:

• Installation of the bonded beam for retaining wall RM14 – 85% completed;
• Pile installation – 80% completed;
• Excavation and soil removal work continues.

External Networks:

• 86% of the 10 kV cable line relocation completed;
• Tender process underway to select a design organization for the gas supply project of Building No. 4.
