Sharing the latest construction site updates for August 2026

Building No. 3, Section 1:

• Lobby finishing works are ongoing, including painting works — 85%;
• Painting of staircase walls and ceilings — 25%;
• Finishing works at the parking entrance have been completed.

Building No. 3, Section 2:

• Lobby finishing works are ongoing, including painting works — 80%;
• Tiling of the staircases has been completed — 100%.

Building No. 3, Section 3:

• Installation of large-format wall tiles has been completed — 100%;
• Finishing works at the parking entrance are ongoing;
• Landscaping works in Zone 1 and Zone 2 are underway, including the installation of automatic irrigation and outdoor lighting systems, drainage channels, paving elements and granite curbs, preparation of foundations for COR-TEN retaining walls, and preparation of landscaping areas;
• Installation of on-site water supply, domestic sewage and stormwater drainage networks is underway — 95%;
• Installation of external water supply networks in accordance with Kyivvodokanal technical specifications is underway — 70%;
• Installation of 0.4 kV cables through underground cable ducts — 20%.

Building No. 4, Section 1:

• Installation of PVC windows is underway — 75%;
• Construction of monolithic structures for the fire protection belt (16th floor) is underway — 80%;
• Monolithic works on the roof — 55%.

Building No. 4, Section 2:

• Installation of PVC structures — 15%;
• Roof waterproofing — 10%.

Building No. 4, Section 4:

• Construction of monolithic parking structures and retaining walls is underway;
• Waterproofing of the parking walls is underway.

Building No. 4, Section 5:

• Construction of monolithic parking structures and retaining walls is underway;
• Waterproofing of the parking walls is underway;
• Brickwork has been completed up to the 9th floor.
