Construction Continues — Latest Progress Update

Step by step, the buildings are taking on their finished appearance, while the surrounding areas are gaining the details that will shape the future living environment.

In Building No. 3, we are completing interior finishing works and fitting out the lobbies and common areas. At the same time, we are working on landscaping and utility networks. In Building No. 4, we continue structural concrete, facade, and roofing works.

Here is the latest construction update.

Building No. 3, Section 1

• Lobby finishing works are ongoing. Plumbing fixtures have already been installed, and the area is being prepared for furniture and decorative panel installation.

• Finishing works in the common areas have been completed. Door handles are currently being installed on apartment entrance doors.

Building No. 3, Section 2

Building No. 3, Section 3

• Lobby finishing works are ongoing. Plumbing fixtures have already been installed, and the area is being prepared for furniture and decorative panel installation.

• Landscaping works are ongoing in Zones 1 and 2. We are installing automatic irrigation and outdoor lighting systems, drainage channels, paving stones, and granite curbs. Foundations for COR-TEN steel retaining walls are being prepared, along with the site for future planting.

• Installation of on-site water supply, domestic sewage, and stormwater drainage networks is 100% complete.

• External water supply networks, installed in accordance with Kyivvodokanal's technical specifications, are 80% complete.

• Cable installation in underground cable duct systems for the 0.4 kV electrical networks is 50% complete.

Building No. 4, Section 1

Work is progressing simultaneously on the installation of exterior window and door units and the construction of structural elements in the upper part of the building.

• Installation of PVC window systems continues, with 75% of the planned work completed.

• Construction of the reinforced concrete fire protection belt at the 16th-floor level is ongoing, with 90% completed.

• Structural concrete works on the roof are also progressing, with 80% of the planned work completed.

Building No. 4, Section 2

Work in this section is focused on the installation of PVC window and door systems and roofing.

• Installation of PVC systems has begun, with 15% of the planned work completed.

• Roof waterproofing works are ongoing, with 20% completed.

Building No. 4, Section 4

The main construction activities in this section are currently focused on the parking structure and associated structural and engineering elements.

• Construction of reinforced concrete parking structures and retaining walls continues.

• Waterproofing of the parking walls is being carried out simultaneously to protect the structures from moisture.

Building No. 4, Section 5

Work is progressing simultaneously on the parking structure, waterproofing, and brickwork in the residential part of the building.

• Construction of reinforced concrete parking structures and retaining walls is ongoing.

• Waterproofing works on the parking walls continue.

• Brickwork in the residential part of the building has been completed up to and including the 10th floor.

Construction activities across the sections of Building No. 4 are progressing simultaneously in several areas — from reinforced concrete structures and roofing to window installation and parking facility construction.
