Building 3, Section 1

• Lobby finishing works are ongoing; painting works – 80% complete;

• Installation of large-format wall tiles completed – 100%.

Building 3, Section 2

• Lobby finishing works are ongoing; painting works – 70% complete;

• Staircase finishing, including tile installation on the stairs – 80% complete.

Building 3, Section 3

• Lobby finishing works are ongoing; painting works – 50% complete; large-format wall tiles – 95% complete;

• Floor tile installation completed – 100%;

• Painting of stairwell walls and ceilings completed – 100%.

Distribution Substation (Power Distribution Point)

Construction of the power distribution point is ongoing:

• Installation of the ventilated façade – 90% complete;

• Interior finishing and steel structure installation completed; noise protection measures have been completed.

Parking Garage

• Parking line marking – 90% complete;

• Wheel stopper installation – 95% complete;

• Air curtain installation – 80% complete.

Landscaping & External Utility Networks

• Landscaping works are underway in Zone 1 and Zone 2;

• Installation of on-site water supply, sanitary sewer, and stormwater drainage networks – 95% complete;

• Construction of external water supply networks in accordance with Kyivvodokanal technical requirements – 20% complete;

• Installation of the cable duct system for 0.4 kV power cables completed – 100%.

Building 4, Section 1

• PVC window installation – 65% complete;

• Installation of reinforced concrete fire belt structures (16th floor) – 30% complete;

• Roof monolithic concrete works – 50% complete;

• Brick masonry on the 34th floor – 80% complete.
