We are sharing the latest construction site updates for June 2026.

Building No. 3, Section 1:

• Lobby finishing works are ongoing; painting works are 50% complete; installation of large-format wall tiles is 10% complete. Works on the entrance group façade and façade lighting are 90% complete.

Building No. 3, Section 2:

• Lobby finishing works are ongoing; painting works are 40% complete. Works on the entrance group façade and façade lighting are 90% complete. Staircase finishing and tile installation on the stairs are 60% complete.

Building No. 3, Section 3:

• Lobby finishing works are ongoing; painting works are 30% complete. Installation of large-format wall tiles is 30% complete. Floor tile installation is 70% complete. Works on the entrance group façade and façade lighting are 90% complete. Painting of the walls and ceilings in the stairwells is 50% complete. Works on the construction of the distribution point are ongoing; installation of the suspended façade is 90% complete. 80% of the parking lot marking has been completed; installation of wheel stops is 60% complete; installation of air curtains is 80% complete. Landscaping works in Zone 1 and Zone 2 are underway. Works on the installation of on-site water supply networks, domestic sewage and stormwater drainage systems are 90% complete.

Building No. 4, Section 1:

• Installation of PVC windows is 60% complete. Works on the installation of monolithic structures for the fire belt on the 16th floor are 20% complete. Monolithic works on the roof are 30% complete. Brickwork on the 34th floor is 20% complete.

Building No. 4, Section 2:

• Brickwork on the roof is 80% complete.

Building No. 4, Section 4:

• Works on the installation of monolithic structures for the parking area and retaining walls are underway. Waterproofing of the parking walls is in progress.

Building No. 4, Section 5:

• Works on the installation of monolithic structures for the parking area and retaining walls are underway. Waterproofing of the parking walls is in progress. Brickwork has been completed up to the 8th floor.
