Building No. 3, Section 1:

• Lobby finishing works are ongoing. Installation of suspended moisture-resistant plasterboard ceilings has been completed, and painting works are in progress — 15%.
• Lighting installation in the common areas has been completed — 100%.
• Works on the entrance group facade and facade lighting are in progress — 80%.

Building No. 3, Section 2:

• Lobby finishing works are ongoing. Installation of suspended moisture-resistant plasterboard ceilings has been completed, floor tiling has been completed — 100%, and
• Painting works are in progress — 15%.
• Works on the entrance group facade and facade lighting are in progress — 75%.
• Stair finishing and stair tiling are in progress — 50%.

Building No. 3, Section 3:

• Lobby finishing works are ongoing. Installation of suspended moisture-resistant plasterboard ceilings has been completed — 100%, and plumbing works in the lobby have
• also been completed.
• Works on the entrance group facade and facade lighting are in progress — 80%.
• Installation of cube-shaped slatted ceilings in the common areas has been completed — 100%.
• Works on the construction of the distribution substation are ongoing, and installation of the ventilated facade is in progress — 35%.
• Flooring works in the parking area of Building No. 3 have been completed — 100%. Parking gates and roller shutters have been installed — 100%.
• Landscaping works are ongoing in Zone 1 and Zone 2.
• Installation of on-site water supply, domestic sewage, and stormwater drainage networks is in progress — 70%.

Building No. 4, Section 1:

• PVC window installation works are in progress — 49%.

Building No. 4, Sections 4 and 5:

• Works on the construction of monolithic parking structures and retaining walls are in progress.
