Sharing the latest news from the construction site for March 2026:

Building №3, section 1:

• installation of fire alarm system is in progress;
• lobby decoration, installation of suspended ceilings with gypsum plasterboard, and plumbing works are ongoing;
• tiling on the floors is being installed;
• installation of cuboid rail ceilings in MCC;
• facade arrangement of the entrance group and facade lighting.

Building №3, section 2:

Building №3, section 3:

• lobby decoration, installation of suspended ceilings with gypsum plasterboard, and plumbing works are ongoing;
• tiling on the floors is being installed;
• facade arrangement of the entrance group and facade lighting.

Construction works at the substation are ongoing, 90% of masonry works are completed.

Waterproofing works for the underground part and roof are in progress.

Flooring works of parking lot for building №3 are continuing - 80%.

Landscaping works for Zone 1 and Zone 2 near building №3 are ongoing.

• brickwork installation for the basement is in progress.

Building №4, section 2:

• brickwork installation for the basement is in progress.

Building №4, sections 4, 5:

• monolithic construction works for parking and retaining walls are in progress.
