The new Autograph from DIM is under active construction and we are approaching completion. We report with the latest news from the construction site for April:

Building No. 1, section 1:

• Installation of the ventilated facade of the stylobate part – 95%;

• Installation of parapet covers for the 7th floor terrace – 100%;

• Installation of insulation of decorative inserts of the entrance group of the stylobate part (from the parking lot side) – 100%;

• Disconnection of the electrical panel (in section No. 3) – 70%.

Building No. 1, section 2:

• Disconnection of the electrical panel (in section No. 3) – 70%.

Building No. 1, section 3:

• Installation of the ventilated facade of the stylobate part – 95%;

• Insulation and decoration of cold passages in section No. 3 – 100%;

• Insulation and decoration of the roof crown – 100%;

• Installation of insulation of decorative inserts of the entrance group of the stylobate part from the parking lot side – 100%;

• Connection of K1, K2 to external networks – 100%;

• Installation of basement lighting – 100%;

• Electrical panel disconnection – 90%.

House No. 2:

• Cover installation - 100%;

• Installation of entrance groups – 100%;

• Installation of inserts in the finishing frame – 90%;

• Completion of facade work on the roof – 100%;

• Plastering work on the stairs to the basement is 100% complete;

• Plastering of the walls of the parking spaces of reinforced concrete No. 2 – 60%;

• Installation of fire hydrants and control panel sensors from the 7th to the 26th – 100%;

• Laying of power risers supplying floor panels – 100%;

• Power supply of ShchMU (on the 26th floor) – 90%;
