The residential complex "Novyi Avtograf" is located next to the "Peremoha" park, 15 minutes from the "Darnytsia" metro station. The residential complex is designed to consist of two buildings, united by a closed territory with constant video surveillance, underground parking, childrenʼs and sports grounds. The main thing is that the complex implements the concept of "yard without cars"

In June, the following work was completed at the construction site of the residential complex:

Building No. 1, section 1:

• Installation of the Stylobate facade (clinker) – 98%.

• Installation of radiators from the 2nd to the 25th floor – 98%.

Building No. 1, section 2:

• Installation of decorative elements of the facade (belts of the ACP) – 92%.

Building No. 1, section 3:

• Decorative cold plaster of the walls of the stairwells – 93%.

• Decorative warm plaster of stairwells – 72%.

• Decorative warm plaster of stairwells – 72%.

• Installation of radiators from the 2nd to the 22nd floor – 98%.

House No. 2:

• Plastering work is being carried out on the MZK on the 21st, 25th, and 26th floors.

• Installation of gypsum ceiling on the 6th-11th, 13th, 14th floors - 100%, the 17th, 20th, 22nd floors are in progress.

• Plaster (warm and cold) of stairwells from the 3rd to the 26th floor – 95%.

Parking:

• Monolithic works – 77%.

External networks:

• Installation of external water supply networks – 120 linear meters, domestic and storm sewers – 100 linear meters.
