• Masonry of external and internal partition walls: 1st floor – 95%, 3rd floor – 95%, 4th floor – 70%, 5th floor – 95%
• Roofing installation – 75%
• Installation of internal plumbing and sewage systems – 55%

Section 2:

• Masonry of external and internal partition walls: 1st floor – 95%, 3rd floor – 95%, 4th floor – 55%, 8th floor – 55%
• Window installation: 1-4 floors – 80%

Section 3:

• Masonry of smoke shafts on the roof – 40%
• Installation of internal plumbing and sewage systems – 55%
• Installation of internal electrical and heating systems in apartments and common areas –- 5%
• Soundproofing of floors, preparation for cement screed – 5%

Section 4:

• Masonry of external and internal walls: 4-6 floors – 95%
• Window installation: 1st floor – 95%, 2-8 floors – 85%

Section 5:

• Masonry of external and internal walls: 3rd floor – 55%, 4th floor – 60%, 5-6 floors – 95%
• Roofing installation – 50%
• Installation of internal plumbing and sewage systems – 45%

Retaining wall:

• Installation of a retaining wall along axis 17 – 100%
