Progress of construction of the Park Lake City residential complex in August 2022

In the last month of summer, the construction of the Park Lake City business-class club-style suburban complex, located 20 minutes by car from the center of the capital, accelerated significantly. Four houses of this complex have already been put into operation, and with the constantly increasing pace of construction, full readiness of the next houses is expected on schedule.

In August 2022, the following work was performed at the construction site of the Park Lake Cit residential complex:

VITA Quarter, first phase

BUILDING No. 1.1, 1.2:

• foundations for green areas near covered parks have been completed – 100%

BUILDING No. 1.3:

• setting up brick partitions on the 1st floor between verandas – 100%

• finishing of brick partitions on the 1st floor between verandas – 90%

• completion of facades of buildings to the FEM – 100%

• improvement of the FEM – 100%

• tiling of porches around the house – 100%

• preparation of porch bases for landscaping – 90%

• automatic watering settings – 98%

• arranging a treadmill near the house – 80%

BUILDING No. 1.4:

• completion of facades of buildings to the FEM – 100%

• improvement of the FEM – 100%

• radiator installation – 100%

• tiling of porches around the house – 50%

• auto watering settings – 50%

BUILDING No. 1.5:

• brickwork – 95%

• pulling of EO cables according to a permanent scheme – 80%

CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND

• installation of equipment for teenagers – 100%

• installation of equipment for young children – 50%

• applying the finishing coat – 20%

• education settings – 80%

• auto watering settings – 80%

CLEAN WATER TANK

• tank hilling, preparation of landscaping for final coating – 90%
