Construction progress of the Park Lake City residential complex in July 2022

A suburban residential complex located 20 minutes by car from the center of the capital. Low-rise buildings, spacious territory and its own pond in the center. Four houses have already been put into operation.

In July 2022, the following work was completed at the Park Lake City residential complex construction site:

VITA Quarter, first phase

BUILDING № 1.1, 1.2:

• installation of an oil trap – 100%

• restoration of landscaping after laying a permanent line to the transformer substation – 100%

connection of houses to the transformer substation according to a permanent scheme – 100%

• completion of the protective layer behind the metal structures of the parking canopy – 100%

BUILDING No. 1.3:

• connection of houses to the transformer substation according to a permanent scheme – 100%

• installation of brick partitions on the 1st floor between the verandas – 60%

• completion of the building's facade connections to the FEM – 50%

• Dispatching of main systems Water, Electricity, Heating, Access Control – 100%

• Elevator commissioning 100%

• Transfer of engineering systems ETR, VK, BB to the management company – 100%

BUILDING No. 1.4:

• completion of the building's facade connections to the FEM – 50%

• video surveillance – 100%

• dispatching of the main systems Water, Electricity, Heating, Access Control – 100%

• Improvement of the FEM – 60%

• elevator commissioning – 100%

• installation of radiators – 80%

• installation of home water filtration – 100%

• transfer of engineering systems ETR, VK, BB to the management company – 100%

BUILDING No. 1.5:

• brickwork of the 2nd floor – 100%

• brickwork of the 3rd floor – 10%

• installation of ventilation units – 100%

BUILDING No. 2.1:

• installation of mortgages for balcony railings – 80%

• installation of electricity risers – 10%

• roof installation – 100%

• masonry installation – 95%
