Construction progress of the Park Lake City residential complex in June 2022

A suburban residential complex located 20 minutes by car from the center of the capital. Low-rise buildings, spacious territory and its own pond in the center. The first two houses have already been put into operation.

In June 2022, the following work is being performed at the Park Lake City residential complex construction site:

VITA Quarter, first phase

House No. 1.1, 1.2:

• elimination of operational issues.

House No. 1.3:

• installation of engineering networks – electricity, heating, water supply and drainage.

• painting work is being carried out.

• installation of elevator equipment.

• The territory is being improved.

House No. 1.4:

• installation of internal engineering networks – electricity, heating, water supply and drainage.

• painting work is being carried out.

• The territory is being improved.

VITA Quarter, second phase

House No. 2.1:

• roof installation.

• installation of PVC structures.

House No. 2.2:

• installation of PVC structures.

• brickwork installation.

• the construction of elevator shaft pits.

AQUA Quarter

House No. 1:

• construction of vertical formwork for the 3rd floor.

House No. 3:

• backfilling of the excavation.

• concreting of foundations.

• backfilling of foundations.
