Construction progress of the Park Lake City residential complex in September 2022

In September, the construction of the Park Lake City business-class club-style suburban complex, located near Kyiv, gained new momentum. Four buildings of this complex have already been put into operation.

In September 2022, the following work was performed at the Park Lake City residential complex construction site:

VITA Quarter, first phase

BUILDING No. 1.1:

• restoration of green cover in front gardens after lifting automatic irrigation – 100%

BUILDING No. 1.2:

• restoration of green cover in front gardens after lifting automatic irrigation – 100%

• Re-equipment of the recreation area, fireplace – 30%

BUILDING No. 1.3:

• finishing of brick partitions on the 1st floor between the verandas – 100%

• completion of facade works (adjacency to porches) – 100%

• front gardens, landscaping, grass carpet – 100%

• landscaping, grass sowing – 100%

• tree planting – 10%

• insulation of cold water risers – 70%

• connecting electric boilers to the system – 90%

BUILDING No. 1.4:

• preparation of vertical planning for tree planting – 80%
