Construction Continues — September Progress in the VITA and AQUA Neighborhoods

Step by step, the buildings are taking on their finished appearance, while the surrounding areas are gaining the details that will shape the future living environment.

• In Phase 1 of the VITA neighborhood, we are working on engineering systems and landscaping.
• In Phase 2, we continue facade and roofing works, utility network installation, and terrace railing installation.
• In the AQUA neighborhood, construction activities include foundation works, reinforced concrete structures, glazing, and waterproofing.

VITA Neighborhood, Phase 1

Building No. 1.4

- Construction of open-type garages is 95% complete.
